I have a maxisys scanner and have travelled to the Caribbean and I'm trying to help some people get a car going. The scanner was purchased in Canada and the scanner won't connect with any cars here. They are all US production vehicles. Is there a setting for territory that would affect this. It will pull codes through global but when I try and read live data the diagnostic program crashes
